Delivery Times
We strive to have all items in stock to ensure your order is dispatched daily from Mackay. If a product on your order is not immediately available, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time. Unless we contact you, you can be confident your order is on its way.
Refund or Exchange
We do not give refunds if you:
• Simply change your mind, or
• Make a wrong product choice
• Install an item incorrectly
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods:
• Are faulty
• Incorrectly described
• Are different from a sample shown to you, or images shown
• Do not do what they are supposed to
Warranty
Some products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Terms and conditions apply to these products as per the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. All other items do not come with a warranty such as bollards, traffic cones etc due to the environment and use of the product.
Return of Goods
If goods are found to be faulty or you have received a wrong order, we will cover the cost of returning the goods and the correct dispatch of your order. If the goods are incorrect due to the clients order placement or a change of mind, it will be the clients responsibility to cover the cost of returning the items. It will be the discretion of Barricade Solutions as to whether these items will be replaced and if any cost is incurred to rectify the order. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery of original item.

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and are exclusive of 10% GST unless stated otherwise.
